Elementary School Tour
One day each year, the Concert Choir visits several different elementary schools within the local district. This year's tour is scheduled for Thursday, December 5, 2019. Participation in this tour is mandatory for Concert Choir singers and will require missing a day of school. The locations and times for this year's tour are still being finalized. Check back soon for an update!

Danville Tree Lighting Ceremony
Each year, the city of Danville celebrates the holiday season with a ceremony where they light up the Old Oak Tree on Diablo Road in downtown Danville. The DGC Concert Choir kicks off the festivities with a lively performance of holiday songs, followed by the San Ramon Valley High School Chorus. Invite your friends and family to participate in this wonderful community event! The tree lighting will take place on Friday, November 29, 2019. The performance begins at 5 pm and the tree lighting will take place at approximately 6:15 pm.
Participation in this performance is optional for Concert Choir singers. Girls should arrive at San Ramon High School by 4 pm to warm up.

Tickets will be available online 3 weeks before each performance. Purchase your tickets online in advance and save $5! Advance tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for students 18 and younger. Tickets may be purchased on the day of the concert at $20 for adults and $5 for students. Tickets are at the door starting an hour before the concert begins.
Three times each year, the Danville Girls Chorus holds a formal concert where friends and family have an opportunity to watch performances from each of the choirs (Preparatory, Intermediate, Apprentice, Concert, and Honor). All members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend.
