It's another exciting season at the Danville Girls
Chorus. Our music program is growing and we now
have over 170 members. Our singers are girls in
grades 3rd through 8th with a range of
experience who all have one thing in common - they
love to sing and it shows!
The Danville Girls Chorus sings a variety of musical
styles which include classical, folk, contemporary
and pop. Our program focuses on choral music education
through a variety of learning experiences and performance
opportunities. While our music is serious stuff,
our girls form lasting friendships and have a lot
of fun in the process.
Auditions for 2008-2009 Season
We are currently auditioning for the 2008-2009
season. Auditions are on September 3rd
at Charlotte Wood Middle School in Danville. If
you have a daughter in grades 3-8 who would like
to join the choir, please send us an e-mail at Danville_Girls_Chorus@hotmail.com
with your daughter's name, age, grade and a
phone number where you can be reached. We
will contact you with an audition appointment.
